Observations in Wood

Amy Forsyth is always busy, constantly working on a new project. Chances are pretty good she will have a sketchbook with her and Forsyth’s latest project transitions ideas drawn on paper to designing and building furniture. 

Forsyth, associate professor of design in the department of art, architecture and design, is searching for ways to connect her sketches with her furniture. 

Mr. Juan Palacio Moreno '16, '17G

Juan Palacio Moreno is a first-year associate at the NYC office of Latham & Watkins.  He graduated from Harvard Law School in 2022 and will clerk in the U.S. Eastern District of California beginning October 2023. 

He is an active member of the Lehigh Young Alumni Council and served on various committees as an undergraduate at Lehigh University.  He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lehigh in 2016 and a master’s degree in Political Science from Lehigh in 2017.

Environmental policy student works to help preserve the local environment while developing important restoration policies

Christina Thomas fell in love with economics and how it can be used to lay the groundwork for environmental laws and policies while an undergraduate student at Pace University in New York. That passion continues as she pursues a master’s degree in environmental policy at Lehigh.
